MSN, RN, CHC, CRNI\u00ae Chair <\/strong><\/pee> Peg Gruenemeier, is the Director of Clinical Services for AvevoRx, where she provides supervision and support for nursing, quality, compliance, education, and accreditation. She has more than 32 years of infusion experience, with many of those years in leadership positions focusing on start-up and new program development. Her roles have included Vice-President of Quality at Optum Infusion and Vice-President of Clinical Services for Diplomat Specialty Infusion Group, legacy BioRx, where she grew the nursing program to 400 nurses nationally. Peg managed an Older Adult Mental Health Unit and implemented a day rehabilitation facility for Seniors with mental health needs. She has a BSN from Ohio University and is currently working on her master\u2019s in nursing education. Peg has presented several posters on a variety of infusion topics and has been published in the Journal of Clinical Immunology. She holds multiple certifications and is active in INS, Immunoglobulin National Society (IgNS), and National Home Infusion Association (NHIA). She currently serves on the Board for Infusion Nurses Certification Corporation (INCC) and on the Quality Committee for NHIA.<\/pee> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

She has worked in the roles of infusion nurse, nurse manager, and VP of Nursing for various home infusion providers. Felicia is a past INS president and is currently a member of the board of directors of the INCC. She also served for several years on the RN Council helping to develop the CRNI\u00ae exam. Felicia has been a speaker at National INS meetings as well as at the National Home Infusion Association meetings. She has also authored articles and textbook chapters on infusion nursing. She is currently working as a consultant for several home infusion and infusion pump companies.<\/pee> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

RN, CRNI\u00ae, CGRN, VA-BC Director <\/strong><\/pee> Karin has worked for MNGI Digestive Health since 1999 as an Endoscopy nurse and has been cross trained in Infusion Therapy since 2012 to work with patients in a gastroenterology (GI) clinic, who receive biologics and iron infusions. She has over 40 years of nursing experience, working in Transitional Care, Telemetry and Cardiac, and Medical ICU. Karin is certified in Gastroenterology Nursing, Infusion Therapy, and Vascular Access. She volunteers regionally and nationally and is a Past president of the American Board of Certification for Gastroenterology Nurses (ABCGN). She is currently the secretary of the Minnesota Regional Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates (MNSGNA) and is a director with the Association for Vascular Access (AVA) Foundation Board. Karin writes test questions for ABCGN’S certification exam and has served on the Item Review Committee and Standard Setting Committee. She is the 2023 recipient of the Gabrielle Schindler Award for Clinical Excellence at SGNA’s Annual Course in Phoenix. Karin was recently honored as ABCGN’S Certified GI Professional of the Year Award at SGNA’S Annual Course in Pittsburgh. Elizabeth achieved an Associate of Science in Nursing from Three Rivers Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Old Dominion University. Elizabeth is currently the senior director of education and professional development for Riverside Health System in Virginia. She leads a team of dynamic professional development practitioners in monitoring, planning, implementing, and evaluating national trends and evidence-based practices in alignment with the system\u2019s strategic plan to impact the organization and patient care outcomes and ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring operations and programs and initiating changes where required.<\/pee> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

She earned her MSN in 2019, became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and is proud to be an Indiana University alum! Outside of work, Monica\u2019s life is full of family, friends, and new adventures.
