She has more than 32 years of infusion experience, with many of those years in leadership positions focusing on start-up and new program development. Her roles have included Vice-President of Quality at Optum Infusion and Vice-President of Clinical Services for Diplomat Specialty Infusion Group, legacy BioRx, where she grew the nursing program to 400 nurses nationally. Peg managed an Older Adult Mental Health Unit and implemented a day rehabilitation facility for Seniors with mental health needs. She has a BSN from Ohio University and is currently working on her master\u2019s in nursing education. Peg has presented several posters on a variety of infusion topics and has been published in the Journal of Clinical Immunology. She holds multiple certifications and is active in INS, Immunoglobulin National Society (IgNS), and National Home Infusion Association (NHIA). Felicia has been a speaker at National INS meetings as well as at the National Home Infusion Association meetings. She has also authored articles and textbook chapters on infusion nursing. She has over 40 years of nursing experience, working in Transitional Care, Telemetry and Cardiac, and Medical ICU. Karin is certified in Gastroenterology Nursing, Infusion Therapy, and Vascular Access. She volunteers regionally and nationally and is a Past president of the American Board of Certification for Gastroenterology Nurses (ABCGN). She is currently the secretary of the Minnesota Regional Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates (MNSGNA) and is a director with the Association for Vascular Access (AVA) Foundation Board. Karin writes test questions for ABCGN&#8217;S certification exam and has served on the Item Review Committee and Standard Setting Committee. She is the 2023 recipient of the Gabrielle Schindler Award for Clinical Excellence at SGNA&#8217;s Annual Course in Phoenix. Karin was recently honored as ABCGN&#8217;S Certified GI Professional of the Year Award at SGNA&#8217;S Annual Course in Pittsburgh. Elizabeth is currently the senior director of education and professional development for Riverside Health System in Virginia.
