She began her career with OHSU in 2005 serving and growing her practice with the oncology population of the Knight Cancer Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Transplant team for over 14 years before transitioning to community-based infusion practice.<\/p>\n<p>Her current responsibilities include direct oversight of nursing clinical staff, including supporting their daily performance and professional growth and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Her professional interests include best practice development through translational research, central line-associated bloodstream infection (CLABSI) surveillance and prevention, and health care workforce wellness initiatives. Amber is a member of the OHSU CLABSI A3 Core Team in surveillance for community CLABSI. She served as President of the Infusion Nurses Society (INS) Board of Directors (2024-2025) and is a Director for the Texas Nurses Foundation, chairing the Texas Peer Assistance Program for Nurses (TPAPN).<\/p>\n<p>With over 2 decades in Infusion Nursing, Danielle is a leader, speaker, motivator, and artist. Walker, BSN, RN, CRNI\u00ae, VA-BC\u2122 has been an INS member and held CRNI\u00ae certification since 2018. He is a dedicated vascular access and infusion therapy specialist with experience in clinical leadership, education, and patient care. As the Clinical Practice Leader for Vascular Access and Infusion Therapy at UnityPoint Health \u2013 Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI, he leads a vascular access team and provides his organization clinical nursing oversight of policies, protocols, procedures, training, education, product management, and infusion data analytics. Andrew is passionate about improving infusion practices, reducing complications, and enhancing patient safety. A board-certified vascular access nurse and certified registered nurse infusionist, he actively contributes to the practice through local involvement, committee leadership, and professional development. She has been a registered nurse for 40 years, has been certified as a CRNI<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> for 11 years, a board-certified clinical nurse specialist (AGCNS-BC) for 10 years, and was previously certified in psychiatric and mental health nursing for 15 years (1988-2003). Additional accomplishments include becoming a licensed massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and cranio-sacral therapy practitioner. In her current role, Myra emphasizes utilization of evidence-based practice in the post-acute care systems to elicit positive patient care outcomes and have a progressive impact on the organization. As a clinical nurse specialist, she emphasizes incorporation of research literature to bring evidence-based practice to the forefront of patient care services and provide best nursing practice at the patient\u2019s bedside and in their homes. She is passionate about supporting nurses\u2019 continued competency in their role within post-acute care and is instrumental in advancing the practice of nursing. She has 35 years of nursing experience and is currently the chair of the vascular access device committee for the Hackensack Meridian Health network of 10 hospitals, focusing on best practice in intravenous nursing and harmonizing infusion-related policies and procedures across the network sites. Deborah received a master\u2019s in nursing administration from Kean University. She has been a member of the Infusion Nurses Society since 2017 and is nationally certified as a CRNI\u00ae and Medical Surgical nurse. With 23 years of experience in pharmacy and a background in academia, she has publications, projects, and professional roles focused on anticoagulation.\u00a0 <span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Currently, she Co-Chairs the VISN 17 Anticoagulation Workgroup Committee and has led the Anticoagulation Forum\u2019s IDEA Initiative. \u00a0In 2024, she was a patient advocate at the Inaugural Anticoagulation Stewardship Summit, sharing her personal blood clotting experience. <\/span>She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee and completed residency. In his role as CEO, Chris works with the executive management team to develop strategies for new business development and overall organizational growth. Chris began his INS career in 1995 when INS did not have e-mail or the internet, and people had to use a telephone to communicate.
